Applications are submitted online via the Sorelle Apartments website with ID and income verification required.

Applicants need a government-issued photo ID, income verification, and must complete SNAPPT identity verification.

The pool is open year-round from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Unassigned covered parking is available for residents, with guest parking on the top garage floor.
Yes, the community features gated access and a courtesy officer for security support.

Pet Policy

Yes, dogs and cats are allowed, with certain breed restrictions. Service animals are exempt.

Issues like no heating, no AC, flooding, burst pipes, no electricity, or lock problems require immediate attention.
Residents are responsible for lost keys or fobs. For lockouts, contact the office if assistance is needed.
Yes, the AI assistant Bri helps with inquiries and community-related support.

Visitor Access

Residents can grant guest access using the Butterfly system, and guest parking is registered via ParkEZ.
Yes, a courtesy officer can be contacted for disturbances or noise within the community.

Community Info

Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM, Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM, closed Monday and Sunday.
The office closes for holidays such as December 25, January 1, and January 19.
